Snow Day

We decided to play in the snow the other day! Mace pretty much built the snowman, but Kenidee and I gave really good moral support! It was so much fun and Kenidee loved it the snow and being outside.

Sean & Toni's Wedding

Last Saturday Toni & Sean were married! It was such a good day I thought. She looked amazing of course and their sealing and reception was perfect. She wore my wedding dress also, with a little alteration done on the back (which I wish was done for me and Heather), so Berta is the only one left to wear it! Kenidee also loved her dress she had it in her mouth probably half

the time, and yes it was soaked by the end. It was so much fun to spend another weekend up in Fairview and be with even more family and friends. I'm so excited for Sean and Toni, they are so cute together. More big news my older bro Jared is carrying on the tradition of Garlick weddings by twos and is getting married in March. We are all so excited for him and Amelia!

For Thanksgiving we were in Fairview with the Garlick side. I had to work the night before so we left when I got off at six in the morning and arrived just in time for the fun times to begin. Dinner was fabulous as it always is and dessert was very delicious. Joey surprised everyone and downed an entire banana cream pie, and wanted more! The rest of the day was filled with football, games, chit-chat, and my favorite Naps! Kenidee loves being around family, she gets so much attention from everyone! She is so happy and never got sick of showing off her new trick of rolling over!

Friday was a special day for Toni, she went through the temple! We were all there to spend the day with her and are all so excited for her and Sean to be married next week. We topped off the day with a Jazz party at Grandmas which is always a good time.

Saturday was another big day for Toni, we had her a Bridal shower with all her family and friends. It was really fun and it is always so much fun to be around family and celebrate. Sean then had the great idea of going to the Jazz game. Mace's mom had come up for Toni's shower and went with us, the Jazz didn't play the greatest but it was still really fun.

We had so much fun this Thanksgiving weekend and are so excited for next weekend to see Toni and Sean get married! Hope you all had a great weekend as well!

Rolling Over...Rice Cereal

So again my little girl is growing and getting so big, way too fast! This last week she has hit some huge milestones. First she started getting rice cereal, she gagged the first two feedings but is getting the hang of it now. And more exciting she rolled over! Yeah!! She has been able to roll from her tummy for awhile but she finally figured out how to from her back and won't stop! I clap and cheer for her still every time, I'm pretty sure she thinks her mom is crazy. I love that she is growing and getting big but I do miss my little 7 pounder that would just sleep in my arms all day. I love each new day with her and no matter how many times she spits up all over me or how many blow-outs she has a day I can't get enough of her!

Happy 4th Monthday

Again I can't believe Kenidee is another month older! It really goes by so fast. She is getting so big and getting too smart for Mace and I. Her newest thing is that she is over the bottle and is such a stinker for Mace when I go to work. I pray this doesn't last too much longer, it is killing Mace. She also has recently had her first little sick spell and let me tell you it was awful. She got the stomach flu and was throwing up amazing amounts of fluids. It was so hard to see her sick, I actually ended up sleeping with her on her floor so I knew that she was okay. She is back to her happy self now and I am so glad. She is starting to coo and talk so much more and giggles all the time. I absolutely love it when she laughs! She is just starting to want to roll over too, she gets to her side and then doesn't care to go any further. She loves her baths and I don't know what we would do without her little butterfly toy. Her favorite has to be sucking on her fingers though, she is loving that she discovered them. She also hates being left out so our newest thing is I put her in the pack and she just comes with me to clean, cook, and whatever. She loves it! Mace and I can't get enough of her, she is such a happy girl and brings so much joy to our home!

Happy Halloween!

Kenidee's 1st Halloween was probably more fun for me than her! I loved dressing her up! I had to work that night so I dressed her up earlier so she could participate in the holiday a little. She loved her cozy little bumble bee suit and fell asleep after one visit! Her and Mace then spent the night giving out treats to the little ones!

Fun In Kanab

Kenidee didn't mind the leaves but Jane

didn't like them very much.

This last weekend we went to Kanab for Breigh's

baptism. It was a lot of fun to spend the day

with Mace's family. With the fall leaves on the ground

Mace made a huge pile over and over again for the kids

to jump in! They also turned out to be a cute little picture spot!

3 Months Already

Wow, I can't believe it has already been 3 months since I had Kenidee! She is getting so big, time has gone by so fast. She is the highlight of both Mace and my days. She loves to druel and blow bubbles which soaks approximately 2 outfits and a few bibs a day. She loves paddy-cake and will laugh and smile for as long as I will play it with her. She still is a great sleeper which is sweet for me after a night at work. Mace loves playing with her and really likes when I go to work so he can have his one-on-one time, he his so adorable with her. We both don't know what we did with our time before her, we love being parents and having Kenidee in our family!

How long did you date? We dated 3 months then got engaged and were married 3 months later! Ya, we didn't waste anytime!
How old is he? 23, same as me
Who eats more sweets? Him for sure, he loves anything with sugar! But I have my staple treats I can't live without.
Who said I Love You first? Well, I guess I will say him, but he was nervous I wouldn't say it back so he said "I think I love you" and then I said "I know I love you." SO technically it was me!

Conference Weekend

We spent this past weekend up in Fairview visiting my
family. Listening to conference was great and even though
it rained almost the entire time we snuck in a little picture
time! Thanks Heather for taking some family pictures for us. We had a lot of fun, Mace and I get six or so babysitters from the time we arrive until we leave that
take care of Kenidee's every move the entire time we are there! She has the greatest Grandparents and aunts and uncles!

Happy 2 Months

I can't believe it's already been 2 months!

It has gone by so fast, probably because Kenidee

is so much fun! Mace and I love being parents

and feel so lucky to have such a cutie!

Kenidee's Blessing Day!

On September 7 we blessed Kenidee Lula. It was such

a great day with so much family at our little house.

I'm so glad all our brothers and sisters were able

to make it, except for Mitchell of course (it was probably best

for him to stay in Mexico on the mission). But I loved having

both of our families here for the weekend. I'm so grateful that Mace

was able to bless her too, Mace and Kenidee are my whole

world, I'm the luckiest girl ever! I love them both more

than anything!!

were able to make the long trip down for the day!
