Spring Break 09'

For Spring Break Mace and I and 14 others headed
to Ensanada, Mexico! Sadly Kenidee didn't come and
had her vacation at my Mom's. This was the first time
I have been away from her for over 12 hrs and it was super
hard on me. She had so much fun and I am pretty sure she
wishes Raberta and Joey and Jeremy were always around!
Despite the heartache I had for her the entire time, it was
a lot fun to be able to hang out and chill just Mace and me.
We took a little horse ride down to the beach one
day! It was a lot of fun, some of the horses liked running
and others refused to.

TACOS, TACOS, TACOS
This is pretty much what Mace and many others
lived on for the 4 days we were there!

These are mine and Mace's treasures we
found along our beach!

This is our amazing view from the back of
our beach house!

A few of the studs from the trip!

We all decided it would be really fun to
go deep sea fishing while we were
there! Little did we know it is only fun if you catch
fish! Only a select few were victorious on our
excursion, but it was an unforgetable experience anyway!

It was pretty chilly and I ended up getting
a little sea sick! I spent a few hrs sleeping instead
of trying to fish.

Although we didn't catch much fish we saw
so many sea lions and while I was asleep they
spotted a few whales as well!

Prom..Blessing..8Months

Again another month has passed and Kenidee
is 8 months old! It is crazy how fast time flys.
She is showing her little personality more and
it seriously makes Mace and I cry from laughing so hard.
She is hilarious and still too stinkin cute!

She already loves pictures. I kept saying "cheese"
and she would laugh and get so happy! Taking
pictures with her was hilarious, she is too cute.
Last weekend Brylee Louise had her Special
blessing day in Fairview. It was fun to be back
in my home ward and to be with family all
weekend.

Here we are, the Garlick Clan! We can't
help but just get bigger and bigger!:)
We went up to watch Raberta's Junior prom last weekend
and she looked AMAZING! Jeremy was also in the
promanade and looked pretty dang sweet himself! I have the
cutest bros and sisters.

Happy Birthday Mace! :)

The Cake was the only chocolate one left
but Kenidee definitely benefited with the cute little
toy!
So I'm a little late, but better late than never! So Mace had his birthday last weekend, one year older and sweeter too! He didn't have much say in what we did for it though, my good friend came back from St. Louis to be sealed so we went up to Manti to support and be with her for the day. We stayed in Fairview that night and celebrated with some great cake while watching the Jazz game with my fam. It was a great good day I thought I just felt bad that he didn't really plan it and it wasn't totally dedicated to him. But this is why I am such a lucky girl, he is always so selfless and truly is amazing. I love him more each day and for some reason never get sick of his silly and craziness. Mace and I couldn't have been in any better place to just be together and feel of the spirit than a sealing. Being in the same room where we were married watching two people we care about obtain such a sacred thing was a gift to all who were there. Mace was the first to point this out that he really couldn't have asked for anything more, we love going to temple and since Kenidee it definitley is more of a struggle getting there. I am grateful for the friends and family events that get us there! Anyways I just wanted to make a shout out to my great husband who is truly the best thing that has ever happened to me. He is the most adorable father and such an inspiration to me. I love you babe!

Snow...Hikes...7 Months

Kenidee hit her 7 Month mark! I can't believe how big she
is getting, she is crawling all over and communicates with us now.
She will open and close her hand to tell us that she wants something,
it also means hi! It is so adorable when she does it.

Last weekend we went up to Mace's friends cabin. It was
a lot of fun, Kenidee didn't know what to think about
snowmobiling, she ended up falling asleep on a ride!
She is so much like Mace and I.

This past weekend we decided it was warm enough
for a little hike in St. George. We went to Snow Canyon
Park, which was really cool and pretty. The weather was
so nice, Kenidee was able to not be wrapped up constantly and
loved being outside. Mace's mom and Brady and Jill came with
us. We are super excited for summer now!

Of course, no matter how fun, Kenidee passed
out before the hike was over!

Here You Go Grandpa!

My family is abou 3 hours away from us and although it's not that far we don't get up there too often and they hardly ever get down this way. SO they love when I put up new pictures of Kenidee. I haven't been doing so good lately so with a few requests from my dad and sister here are a few of your favorite little girl! She is growing so much each day and is so much fun! Her little teeth coming in can cause her some trouble at times but she still is so happy most of the time! We are so excited to come visit for Raberta's prom! We will see you all soon!

Christmas...6 Months Old!

Wow a lot has happened since I last posted something. For Christmas we were in Kanab, my first one away from Fairview. It was a lot of fun, and it even snowed a lot which was great, I was worried about not having a white christmas! Kenidee loved the wrapping paper most which we had to continually keep taking out of her mouth. It turned out to be really great, it was fun to have so many little girls and everyone there. Well except Mitchell but we were able to talk to him Christmas morning which was really good. He talks like a little Mexican and doesn't even realize it! He is doing really good and loving it down there. We headed to Fairview the Sunday after Christmas for a few days. It was great to see everyone and I was so excited to go up Fairview snowboarding! I missed out last year but this year I could go again and poor Heather had to be the driver this time. Mace's dad was in and out of the hospital a few times for his heart so we also spent some time up in SLC. He is doing well now and finally back home in Cedar! The holidays were great and we loved seeing our families, but we loved coming home as well! School is back in and we're just back to our regular schedule which is kinda nice!

One other side note: Kenidee is now 6 Months! Crazy I know! She is getting bigger and so much more fun! Her newest accomplishments is that she sits up like a champ, scoots around to her toys (hasn't quite figured out the whole crawling thing), and has sprouted some little snaggle teeth on her front bottom. Mace and I can't believe we have such a cute little girl that is so happy most of the time!
