Kannarraville Hike

This past weekend we decided to do the Kannarraville water

Hike. We have been before but it is really pretty and a lot of fun and

Kenidee had never been on it. The pictures actually start at the end of

our hike but I couldn't fix it, Sorry.

Here is Shaye about to go down the water slide in

the freezing cold water.

Kenidee didn't love riding in the pack (which is a front pack for a smaller child,

like a newborn) at first, but she was a trooper and didn't complain much.

It was a such a beautiful day to go, I am so glad we went and

that Shaye and Ashley were able to come with us.

Here is Mace going off the slide. Ashley and I weren't

brave enough to attempt the slide, the water was too cold.

Josie's Wedding

Here's the Beautiful couple just after getting married!

Aren't they so cute together?!

Josie has been my very good friend since middle school. I was

so excited to be able to be apart of her special day and celebrate

with her and Marc.

Here's some of us girls that were able to be

there for the celebration. I love any type of excuse to get together and see friends.

Steph we missed you so

much and wished so much that you could have been there!

Mace was such a good husband for the entire weekend. He

isn't a huge fan of weddings but endured the 3 day wedding celebration

like a champ. Thank you Marc and Josie for letting us celebrate your

wedding with you and Thanks to Mace for attending with me. I love you!

Football Season!

Our first home game and a sweet Victory! It was

a lot fun and even better that we won.

Football games are perfect for Kenidee, lots of people to look at,

clapping periodically, constant entertainment, and of course

they are outside!

Jeep Ride

Mace took us on a little jeep ride, usually him and Kenidee

go while I am at work. Kenidee loves riding in the jeep, she can see out

the window at everything and seriously doesn't make a peep just enjoys the

bumpy ride.

Kenidee loves being outside, I know I have said it before but

the girl seriously could live outside. She loves the dirt, sticks, rocks, and

doesn't even mind the wind.

We didn't see anything special along the way except one

small little squirrel. It was still fun though, Mace set up

a little shooting target and taught me a few little tricks

to shooting.

Ha Ha they both are too cute.

Kenidee, Kenidee, Kenidee

This was at our ward campout! Kenidee was just peeking out

at Mace fixing the tent, she was so concerned!:)
Amazingly she is great at camping. She loves being outside and
playing in the dirt and rocks!

I would love to say that I am Kenidee's best friend, but

I know deep down that it is Teddy. She adores this bear (Thanks Torie)

more than anything. She gives it more hugs and kisses than anyone

and seriously can't sleep without it.

Kenidee's new boots are her favorite! She loves to lift her

leg up and show people. I love her to wear them as much as she does

despite the fact her feet sweat like crazy in them.

I don't know how she was even asleep or that she wasn't

all kinked up when she woke up! Poor teddy!

She is getting too, too big! She has become a little girl

not a little baby! I can't believe she is walking

around and babbling like a little person!

This was at her cousin Kate's birthday party, she already

thinks she is great at driving!

Camping at Lake Powell

We decided to take a quick trip to Lake Powell, Kenidee and I had never

been and now knowing how close it really is I don't know why. We didn't have

a boat or any big toys but we chilled on the beach and played in the water and still had

a lot of fun. Kenidee loved the sand and water she was entertained the entire time.

After our long camping trip Kenidee was exhausted. She was asleep before we got off the beach.

The seagulls, ducks, and crows kept Kenidee busy, she tried so hard to

get the seagull ahead of us but of course it didn't happen. They kept coming back

though because of all the food dropped around our little camp.

Isn't my husband a hottie?!

Right before she went to bed she was so tired, she didn't even try to get

out of the chair. She just wanted to sleep.

We told her to smile and this is her response!

Mace's sweet rigging of our little fort. It was super windy for awhile

and our little canopy kept blowing over so Mace put constructed this masterpiece

instead. It became our safety fort and was genius to get out of the wind and help

hold our tent up.

These last few are out of order but I had to put them on cuz she is

so stinkin cute. I haven't posted in forever and I needed to post a big new

accomplishment of Kenidee's. She is walking. She started a week after her birthday

and is now actually choosing to walk over crawling. She is also talking more and signing more too. She has also turned into Mace junior and has become the energizer bunny. If she didn't love

sleep so much I don't think she would ever stop. She has the funniest personality and

plays Mace's games with him until she makes him crazy, which not many people can do! She

is getting so big and I can't really call her a baby anymore, she has merged into a little toddler.
