KARTER 9 MONTHS!

Karter is 9 months already, it is crazy that she is so big! She is at such a fun age that Mace and I absolutey love. She is crawling all over the place and pulling herself up to things. She refuses to sign back to us with what we sign to her but has her own karty language of letting us know what she wants. She adores her Kenidee and loves that she can follow her around now. Kenidee loves her open mouth saucy kisses and is such a good Karty patrol for me! She picks her up and carries her back to her toys or me, it is super cute and luckily Karter doesn't seem to mind the ride.
She loves, loves, loves being outside especially at the pool! She will sit in her lady bug floaty for hours. In the shallow she walks around with her floaty's assistance and follows all the kids. Her summer tan is so cute, I love her white wrinkles.

This is her first football game we decided to support our local football team.

She can hold her own bottle, which she loves! She can climb the stairs, we are still working on going down! And she has the cutest little stink face she makes when she wants to play with you. She is so fun and brightens our home each day.

Happy Birthday Kenidee!

Kenidee's birthday celebration started on Monday with happy meals on temple square for lunch with Mace and a trip to the zoo. She has been wanting to go so bad and was so excited, until the dinosaurs growled at her. She was not a fan of them! Aunt Berta, Uncle J, and Uncle Mitchell and Aunt Gentry were all able to go with us. It was a lot of fun, Thanks so much.
Karty all hot and sweaty!

The train ride was Kenidee's favorite!

The whole crew!

Don't worry little Karty was holding on tight! Kenidee was not excited about sitting on the dinosaur.

We also hit up the home run derby. Thank you Gentry and family for letting us come along!

Mitchell really wanted to catch one! Maybe next time bro!

Kenidee's new mit didn't catch any foul balls either! But she loved it for her hat during the rain!

Wednesday was the real big day, I can't believe she is 3 already! Mace took the day off so we could all hang out. He made Kenidee her favorite crepes for breakfast and she kept saying "this is my first birthday ever." She has anticipated the day for so long! My little bro was up playing baseball for state so we all met up there to watch him and celebrate the big day.

Kenidee loves Tangled. Grandma Janeen Thank You.

Joey was such a good uncle and even embraced the princess crown!

Kenidee loves to go to Smiths and get the little kid carts to shop with. So now she can pretend to shop all day and maybe we wont have to go to Smiths as much!

About a month ago I asked Kenidee what she wanted for her birthday. One day at Walmart on the end of the aisle we saw some scooters and she turned to me and said, "Mom who do I have to ask to get that scooter for my birthday." It was a valid question, she asks Santa for her Christmas presents and the Easter bunny for Easter presents. She wanted to make sure she asked the right person!

It was such a great day! Thank you to Grandma and Grandpa Garlick, Berta, Joey, Mitchell, and Gentry for celebrating her special day with us. Gentry an extra thanks for letting Kenidee paint your nails/fingers! She loved it!

Happy Birthday Kenidee!

Her 3 yr stats are: weight 25.5 - 5%, height 37 1/4 - 50%, and BMI 12% - <5%. She is our tall glass of water but healthy and happy! Here is a list of things about her...

-She is adorable with her sister. Karter squeals and laughs any time Kenidee looks or touches her.

-She gave her first talk in church (sacrament meeting) and loved it!

-She loves to pretend play

-Her and Berta keep our sidewalk bright and colorful of a variety of chalk art

-Favorite cereal...Chocolate marshmellow mateys

-Loves McDonalds happy meal with chicken nuggets, apples, and chocolate milk (will not eat at Wendy's because they don't have apples)

-She loves to have Mom and Dad tell her made-up silly stories

-Loves being outside mostly at the park or pool

-"Blast off" (Little Einsteins) is her favorite cartoon

- Loves Berta as her roommate

- Is deathly afraid of dogs (she thinks they will bite off her ponytail) and cows

-Says the dinner and family prayer all by herself! (Teddy has yet to be missed in a prayer)

-Teddy is still her best friend and favorite toy/person ever

- Loves to sing primary songs and Selena Gomez (Thanks to Berta)

- Loves to try on, play with, and especially buy shoes

-Is the only 3 year old I love to hang out with all day and actually have real fun!

We are so blessed to have Kenidee as our little girl, she brings us so much joy and makes me smile and laugh everyday! I love her so much!

Pool Time...4th of July

We have loved going to the pool. The girls love the splash pad, Kenidee is not too fond of "tall water" or the real pool inside but loves it outside. Karter could lay in her floaty all day and not make one peep, she gets so excited and loves the water.

For the 4th we headed to Oakley to see the rodeo. The girls love horses and cows and Kenidee's favorite the cowgirl princesses!

Our happy little firecrackers!
