2 Month Update!

We love going to visit Mace's dad. Kenidee especially loves going to the pool. It also is super warm in Mesquite which is a nice escape from our crazy winter weather.

For Easter Kenidee got a little golf set so she can go with her dad and uncles and Berta. She is a bit crazy with her swings but is getting better.

Chickens or Peeps were also an Easter surprise for the girls.

This is the distance Kenidee liked between her and the little chick, she didn't hate them but didn't quite know if she really liked them either.

Last weekend Kenidee had her cousins over for a sleepover. Kenidee loved it and seriously wished they were here all the time.

Last weekend we enjoyed the nice sunshine down with Mace's family at Grandpa's Pond. The water was of course freezing which Kenidee isn't to fond of but she still liked getting her feet and hands in the water.

Ready to jump in!

Kenidee loved playing by the edge of the water, throwing in rocks and splashing with her stick she found. It was fun to be outside and for it to be warm.

A little mud cookie never hurt anyone, right?
That about sums up our lives the last couple months. Kenidee is getting so big as you can tell and of course is so much fun. She loves being outside so we are excited for summer to be here. She also is talking so much and forming little sentences, it is crazy how fast she grows. Mace only has two weeks left of school which we are so excited for and we are still waiting for law schools to respond to decide where we will be going in the fall. As for me I am still keeping busy with my school and work and of course chasing around Kenidee. I will try to update better.

HAPPY #25 MACE!

Mace had his 25th birthday yesterday, wow he is getting old! :) In two weeks I'll catch up to him. We had a little family party for him as well as for three of us others whose birthdays are in the next two weeks! I hope Mace had a good day of birthday fun. He is the greatest husband and dad anyone could ever ask for. He truly deserves a Mace Day. He will be graduating this May with his Masters in Accounting and I am so proud of him. He is so dedicated to school but still manages to be the best dad to Kenidee. She loves all the jeep rides he takes her on and loves going to basketball games with him. He is my best friend that I love more than anything. I don't know what I'd do without him. Thank you Mace for all you do and who you are, your girls LOVE You and hope you had a great birthday!

THE CHAMPIONS

The Champions of City League!
Kenidee and I loved supporting Mace and his team this year. Since it is probably his last year here playing it was exciting to end on a good note. Kenidee and Conner have become great basketball buddies watching their dads! Hopefully wherever we end up for next year Mace will play on a new team.

Busy...Busy...Busy

My happy little girl is getting bigger and bigger and is always so happy! Lately we have been spending a lot of time at the gym watching Mace play basketball. Kenidee loves going to watch him play and actually will sit still periodically and really cheer for him. I love when she yells DAD and GO, GO, GO! She is getting pretty good at it and Mace can actually hear her sometimes on the court.
We headed north last weekend to celebrate Shaye's birthday at Brighton. We had a lot of fun it was a great day to be on the slopes.

Sorry Chris only part of you made it in the picture, the funny thing is the guy taking the pic took an extra one to get him in and this was the result. Ha Ha
Although it has been pretty cold, we still have had some nice days to get outside, buddled up of course. Kenidee loves being outside even if it is only for a short time in the cold.

18 MONTHS OLD!

So my little girl is now 1.5, she is getting so big way too fast. This time last year she was sprouting her first teeth and army crawling around the house. Now she is babbling like crazy and running around with her own agenda. Today she also attended Nursery for the first time and let me tell you she handled it like a pro. I have been in nursery before and kids will come in happy until their mom leaves and then screaming, crying, clenching, and pure terror fill them. Luckily I did not have to experience that or I probably would have just left with her. We walked in I told her teacher her name, she sat down on a little chair, and said Bye. I gave her kiss and told her to be a good girl and she waved and said "Kay!" When Mace picked her up she was pushing a chair around as he walked in she stopped waved and said Hi and continued on her way. What a champ she totally is miss independant. She really loved it and I am so glad she did. It's sad she is so big but so fun to watch her grow and learn so much. I love her to death and still can't get enough of her.

Kenidee's new favorite treat, CUPCAKES!

Brylee came for a short visit and Kenidee did not want her to leave. They play so good together, I love it. Brylee either is following Kenidee around or Kenidee is following her, they are adorable together.

A Glimpse of Christmas!

Ice skating in St. George for New Years!

Kenidee loved skating around, more with Mace because he would go fast and then put her down and she would kick her feet.

Sledding in Fairview.

Kenidee didn't stay on very well but she was a trooper like Joey's dog pulled her around on this little sled.

We made a stop at the Festival of Lights in Spanish Fork,
my family always would stop here on our way back home so we
had to take Kenidee. This was the first time we actually got out and took
pictures though, it was really fun.
These are our sweet Christmas sweatshirts!

Thank you Charlie for the beanies, gloves, and sweatshirts!

Kenidee and her new bike from Aunt D, Thank you! She loves the knee pads and helmet. Although it is a little big for her she will get some good use out of it.

We had a great Christmas holiday with both of our families. Kenidee loved opening presents and may have gotten spoiled by her Grandmas. Even though we were traveling back and forth due to my work schedule it was still a lot of fun.
